Righteous vid and version. Sad to realize that the Indian summer would be over in a years time.

I'll still listen to Anchorage for the best> http://archive.org/details/gd1980-06-20.sbd.bertha.tetzeli.fix-25468.73846.reflac.flac16 (a cornucopia of great sources- CM has four alone, but this one gets the gold ring)

Does Hunter get better then this>

You may be Saturday's child all grown
Moving with a pinch of grace
You may be a clown in the burial ground
Or just another pretty face

You may be the fate of Ophelia
Sleeping and perchance to dream
Honest to the point of recklessness
Self-centered in the extreme

Those last two lines are could be our forum motto.

I thought you were going to get personal for a moment w/ the thread title. "Of course there is no better" (even though they are apparently numerous) as I clicked on it. Is there a better name for a female GD muse? Krupp's daughter and even The Bonnie Lass o' Fyvie aren't close.

Monday's child is fair of face
Tuesday's child is full of grace
Wednesday's child is full of woe
Thursday's child has far to go
Friday's child is loving and giving
Saturday's child works hard for a living
But the child who is born on the Sabbath Day
Is bonny and blithe and good and gay

Garcia sung it both ways.

A guess> In, as being there, opposed to, to, as in getting there?

(The road to perdition as opposed to being in a circle of hell.)

English majors, editors and writers say....

That is a good one ! I've always enjoyed this one, and Rooster aside pretty much everything in the first set http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ldse7hpLphY starts at 56 minutes. I have an old video of this, shame the DVD is unavailable in the UK,

I'm partial to the Rockpalast version and early in general, but that's really nice. Also I never knew that Lenny from Laverne and Shirley stood in for Weir. Or maybe it's a light-haired Fonz. Check out around 6:48 ...
